Registered Nurse - Community Liaison

Hospice of the Rapidan has an immediate opening for a full-time Registered Nurse Community Liaison to coordinate educational outreach to the medical community, including, medical practices and hospitals, in Albemarle, Culpeper, Orange and Madison Counties.  The qualified candidate will also coordinate discharges of patients with local hospitals. Excellent organization, communication, presentation and people skills are required. This individual must be comfortable interacting professionally with physicians and other healthcare providers. The RN must be willing to travel in our southern service area of Madison, Orange and Greene counties, including into Charlottesville. Mileage reimbursed.   The qualified candidate must be energetic and outgoing. Only Registered Nurses should respond. Hospice of the Rapidan offers a competitive salary and benefits.
